a. Inject 905 solution into the circulation system and let it run for 6-24 hours, depending on the thickness of the scale. If you need to speed up the descaling process, you can increase the temperature to a maximum of 60°C. When the carbonate scale dissolves, carbon dioxide gas is released, which will produce foam. The foam can be eliminated with a defoaming agent.

b. If no gas is released from the solution, it means that the solution has expired and 905 needs to be replenished.

C. When descaling is completed and no gas is released, the solution can be drained. To ensure that the scale is completely removed, new solution can be injected and run for 1 hour before draining.

2. Soaking method

(1) The preparation work is the same as the internal circulation;

(2) The container should be equipped with a stirrer or an external circulation system to make the solution flow to achieve the best effect. The dosage of 905 descaling and rust remover is between 5-15%, and the rust removal needs to be between 10-25%. The dosage ratio depends on the scale range. Usually, the pH value of the solution should not be greater than 1 at the beginning and can remain unchanged for 2 hours; after 5 hours, the pH value is not greater than 4. Generally, when the concentration of 905 descaling and rust remover is 5%, it is enough to remove scale with an average thickness of 0.1mm, and the pH value remains unchanged within 2 hours.
